Yoga for Flexibility: Upper back and hips is for all levels. This class can be practiced all at once but I also encourage you to choose some poses that really help to stretch tightness and practice them 5-10 minutes per day for 30 days. You’ll really notice an improvement! As always, listen to your body and stop if you experience any pain.
