Today, on Happy, Healthy and FIT, we are Addressing the “butt thigh” today with the STABILITY BALL! LOVE this ball! You can work your WHOLE body with this. Today, we are doing some of my favorite exercises here for LOWER BODY, including hamstring curls, glute bridges and squeezes. We are working legs, glutes and inner thighs :)

You can work your legs and glutes with a stability ball and you will LOVE the results! You can do ALL of these exercises without a stability ball, BUT the ball, forces you to use all of your stabilizer muscles and core and helps you to become functionally fit.
