Hi everyone! Today, we’re going to KILL your muffin top! All you need for this workout is a single dumbbell — I’m using a 5 pounder, but you can use anywhere from 2.5 pounds to 10 pounds. I’m not gonna lie, this routine is a little challenging, but I just know you’ll love, love, love it!
