Today’s yoga video is a 20 minute yoga sequence for core strength. This is the video you’ll want to do to help build strength for poses like handstand, and other inversions. Building solid abdominal strength is also excellent for helping to prevent back pain, so I always recommend core strengthening for people dealing with back issues. As always, move with intention and avoid pain. Take rests as needed and always listen to you body.
