This is a 20 minute yin yoga practice. Yin is SUPER slow (only a few poses done per practice), where you hold each poses for a few minutes. This practice uses a bolster and a thick rolled blanket. You could use a cushion and towel as substitutes if you don’t have a bolster and blanket.
